Feb 12, 2009 This was so good! It was not easy to make, but well worth it. I found the cream cheese very difficult to spread, even though it was soft. Next time I would thin it with milk, I think. I doubled the amount of mushrooms. Also, I didn't grill it. Instead I put it in a 9x13 glass pan and put it in a 350 oven for 40 minutes. My family loved it!—Busy MI mom

Pizza Recipes: Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza
Dec 30, 2005 I made this for my boyfriend, and although I was a little worried about how Sesame oil, BBQ, and marinara flavors would work, it turned out great! Much better than I had even hoped! This was very easy, and I'd definately make again. I used to the Boboli crust, and it seemed to be delicious. Buying it prebaked made it super simple. YUM!—LIZZY9VOLT

Meatless Main Dishes: Barbeque Seitan and Black Bean Burritos
Jun 25, 2003 An exceptional recipe. Granted, a bit labor-intensive, unless you have a food processor (I don't), but I found it to be tastier than expected and easy to put together. A did make a few substitutions in the recipe, though. First, I substituted 3 jalepenos for the habanero (my area grocery stores don't even carry serranos) and tofu for seitan (again, my store didn't have it). Second, I used a spicy BBQ sauce -- same amount, just a bit more kick to it. The end result was quite spicy, which is the way I like it, so be careful. :)—JEHRENZWEIG
