Stir-Fry: Ham and Fruit Stir-Fry

Oct 28, 2010 Loved the mixture of flavors! So simple, yet so good! I used crushed pineapple instead of chunks, and served it over plain white rice. Note that if you don't peel the apple, the peel 'bleeds' on itself after a day or two, and doesn't look very pretty. The 2nd time I made this, I used pineapple chunks instead of crushed. I think I prefer the chunks! Note that one bunch of chopped green onions goes better with this dish than regular onions (in my opinion), and it also adds some color. I didn't find salt and pepper necessary, by the way. Thanks for the recipe!

Roasts: Fruit Glazed Pork Roast

Oct 12, 2003 I marinated overnight, it was pretty good, think I'd like more "zest" but it was a great change on pork, this is a keeper!

Stir-Fry: Summer Special Shrimp and Fruit Fried Rice

Apr 12, 2012 I used leftover brown rice, 4 green Thai peppers, part red onion and part scallion, added in some diced red bell for color, about a t of garlic, and doubled the soy. Probably doubled the cilantro too but didn't really measure that. Had good heat which was nice with the fruit. Would make again.

Pizza Recipes: Fruit Pizza III

Sep 21, 2009 Great dessert, after reading reviews about the crust, I put in 3c flour, 1/2c b. sugar, 1/4c icing sugar, 1 1/4c butter, for the sauce I used 1 pkg cream cheesemixed well with 1 jar marshmallow topping-used peaches, nectarines and strawberries, then mixed 1 cup yogurt with 2T strawberry jam to glaze over the top. Family loved it, crust stayed crunchy until the next day-made in jelly role pan
