I would say to those that didn't like it so much to add sour cream for half of the mayo or cream cheese. Cooking is all about experimenting.

Perfect both as a dip for pretzels or vegis, or as a sandwich spread. Curious though that a field editor complained about the mustard taste in a mustard dip. I'd think that's what you'd expect to taste! How do these people get to be field editors anyway?

I really liked this, but some of my party guests did not b/c they did not like horseradish, I am eating the leftovers w/ cut up raw veggies and I love it though. I will make it again for me defidently as a veggie dip, but most likely not for a party again. Again I love it though, but I love horseradish!

I made this for my husband & he loves it & has requested it for the future. My 11 year old son thought it was ok & i liked it. This is perfect for people who like the taste of mustard & horseradish. I would say this is a very adult oriented dip. Yummy!

I made this a year ago and everyone loved it. I have made it a few times since I've had the recipe and it always goes over very well. When added the hrseradish, play it by taste.
