Microwaving Potatoes

After a long day, I like to prepare a light meal that’s quick, too. Instead of turning on the oven and heating up my kitchen, I cook a medium baking potato in the microwave. It only takes about 6 minutes in my microwave, and makes an easy meal when paired with a salad. Judy S., Stevenson, Alabama
