Mushroom-Swiss Mac & Cheese
Portobello mushrooms and three kinds of cheese give an upscale spin to a classic casserole. To make this more of an entree, I add 2 cups of cubed cooked chicken.—Dawn Moore, Warren, Pennsylvania
